Currently we ship only inside the United Kingdom.

Shipping your order 
Once you have made your purchase, it will take us 1-3 business days to process your 
order. 
After your order is processed, it will be passed on to a courier who will then deliver it 
within an average of 7 to 14 working days. 

Shipping costs 
We provide free shipping for all orders. Moreover, there is no minimum order quantity 
required for this service. 

Delayed orders 
Orders may experience delays during times of high demand or busy shopping periods. 
If your order is delayed, please be patient and allow for up to 3 extra workdays. If your 
order has not arrived after this time, please reach out to our customer support team at

Damaged orders 
If your package arrives damaged, it is important to document the damage by taking 
detailed photos immediately. Afterward, contact our customer support team and make 
sure to include your order number. 

Cancellation of orders 
It is only possible to cancel your order the same day after placing it (Within 6 hours after 
placing the Order). After that Day, our orders are in processing. So, it is sadly no longer 
possible to cancel.
